The Texas Supreme Court requires all Civil, Family and Probate cases to be filed electronically. This applies to all levels of our local court system: Justice Courts, County Courts at Law and District Courts. Collin County is already live and accepting filings.
** eFile Texas has notified us that, effective Sept. 1, 2015, Google Chrome will no longer support websites that use Silverlight, including the current eFileTexas website. Google Chrome users will receive a message that their web browser is not compatible, and are encouraged to transition to the new website (eFile Texas Portal) or use a different web-browser (Internet Explorer or Firefox) to eFile.
